Trip Trip Trippin'..

My knee hurts. All because I tripped while climbing the stairs to my room. My right knee landed right on the edge of the step... That's right, all together now.. "Ow...." And that's not all, it started much earlier..
As I was getting off the bus, I tripped on the steps and almost fell flat on my face. The people sitting at the bus stop must have had a good laugh. So embarrassing! I took my time walking away, acting cool and as if nothing out of the ordinary happened. After that, I was crossing the carpark, the kind where the places where the cars are parked had gaps in the floor. I tripped over one of the gaps and almost fell again. Luckily, it was dark, so I think no one noticed. Around 5 minutes later, while climbing up a slope towards my house, I slipped and almost fell on my face again. Thank goodness the street lamp was out and no one was around at that time. That makes it 3 times that I tripped. I'm beginning to think someone is cursing me... And finally, it happend. I tripped while climbing the stairs to my room. And my mother laughed at me. Dammit.

Now, I'm going to limp downstairs to have my dinner, with my battered pride trailing behind me..
