Went to Choa Chu Kang to get my EZlink card replaced. Second time I've lost it. Not even half a year and I've lost it again. Damn expensive too. 22 freaking dollars... What a rip off. Azrin and Saiful suggested me getting those kind of chain to hook to the wallet and belt loops so I won't lose it again. But the thing is that I don't like to put my EZlink card in my wallet, or should is it a purse? Hmmm, I wouldn't really call it a wallet, but definately not a purse. A purse brings to mind those really feminine types that aunties can put under their arms.. EEeeee.. LOL.

Went kayaking on Sunday at Changi beach. FUN! It's a little better than Kallang, more things to look at. But the currents were strong, so strong that if you stop paddling, you would drift back to where you were very quickly... Which reminds me of Vic and Merril.. HAhahahah.. this is what happened.
It was starting to get really hot, then Vic and Merril jumped into the water to cool off. I was holding on to Merril's canoe, and Neeta was holding on to Vic's. Merril then passed me his water bottle to hold while he was soaking in the water. I took the water bottle from him. So I held on with one hand my paddle, the other hand holding the water bottle. And I accidently let go of Merril's canoe and didn't realize it! =þ When i finally realized it, I started to paddle furiously towards it, but it had drifted too far away. Worse of all, I couldn't even move cos Merril AND Vic was holding on to my canoe.. Haha. Finally, another woman had to save us. I think she was a expert or something like that.. She got Vic to straddle the bow of her canoe,(very undignified position) then she plowed her way to his canoe. I was like, 'Woah.. Damn strong..' It was like something straight out of Baywatch. Haha, here I was trying my best to move the canoe but only succeeding in preventing the canoe from moving backwards with the current and there she was rowing like it was nothing at all... So demoralized.. Haha.
Oh ya, as Vic was swimming towards that expert, I accidently hit his bum with my paddle. I found it so hilarious that i couldn't resist wacking his bum with my paddle again. Vic went, 'Oooo! Ouch!' Hahahaha, couldn't stop laughing.. In the end, the expert saved both Vic and Merril. I was too weak with laughter to move the canoe. Anyway, it only after everyone was in their canoes that we realized that we had drifted too far out to sea and was outside the boundaries. We started paddling back and just as we got inside the boundaries, 2 or 3 huge tankers came. We got out of the way just in time. Whewww.. It was a wonder that no ships came by while we were outside the boundaries, or else we would have been in deep shite... So, all in all, a fun filled day, albeit being sunburned... =þ
